The seller said organ is from the 1940es, but on one end of rack under keys is written Mildred-Waters 13.11.1936!!! So it’s pre war model, sorry there was no back panel and no plate BUT we found interesting plate on the amplifier, that says AGA-Baltic. AGA used to be a big company in Sweden making radios, things with gas and vinyl records as well. I read they also made some Hammond organs in C type cabinet, so I believe they just received parts from Hammond and then put them together. This model is a special one, maybe there was and old church organ case and they used it, just put the parts they had and so on, then they asked a carpenter to make similar cabinet (that feels a bit newer though it’s similar style)
So it’s likely an A model but with two volume pedals for both manuals, the preamp has only one channel though. The presets are similar to Concert E model but in different position. And yes, you asked what is in the center? in the back? that one is called rheostat, controlling the volume, it’s very unique old design with many contactors and resistors, the arms are needed to display the volume for the player (above the upper manual)
The drawbars are on right side, two sets per manual, A and B, so you can quickly choose another setting.
Then there is a tremulant knob above them, making a vibrato type effect. At the end of run motor there is a box with contactors, breaking the signal from organ. Funny that it has the same frequency as faster leslie speed!

They keyboards are a bit on narrow side, but actually there are those rails and switches all the way and they are also connected to the generator.

The organ is a Hammond BC sold by Aga baltic ca 1937.
It has an enclosed lowerpart like a Model C built by Aga. My guess is that a BC organ was shipped without the legs. The built new sides an lower back enclosure.
The dual tonegenerators are intact. The organ is in good condition. Someone had removed the original preamp but I have one awaiting renovation. Curently I use two TL072 IC as preamps. It sounds really good.

En hier een Hammond van AGA

Well is early to say all the details. All we know that AGA-Baltic was the first company to ship Hammonds to Sweden in 1936, and from this Hammond I found that year written inside. But also in the power amp there is a AGA-Baltic tag. I read that AGA-Baltic also recased some early Hammond organs and local carpenters made the woodwork. Another possibility would be that they had Hammond parts and then made one organ from them as this is very unique model

The stunning beauty of this organ is due, in part, to the richness and quality of the casework and its fittings, since the cabinet is that of a model B-C from around 1937. It was imported by the Aga-Baltic Company in Stockholm, and appointed to the hall of ceremonies in the City Hall of Tidaholm. The turned legs of the B-C have a certain slender elegance in comparison to the B-3’s more stocky legs. The down pipes, connector rod and fittings are of solid bronze, copper, brass and silver. The swell pedal is a single slab of solid mahogany. The lock, which has a nickel-silver key, for the fold-up lid is located to the right, and has a polished brass cylinder. All visible screw heads and recess washers are embellished with brushed bronze or polished brass. The effect of these plush fittings against the deep walnut casework gives the unmistakable impression of ultimate quality, and forms a suitably splendid exterior for the instrument that lies within.
The electromechanical components were acquired by removing them from an A-100 which had a disfigured cabinet due to sun-fading. The entire NGR program was adhered to during the renovation work, in addition to which the following points were given special attention, for the benefit of use in recording work.
